Caller left voice message on my home phone on 1/31/2015 at 10:26 am. She stated was IRS officer and gave name of Julie Smith. Stated this was a time sensitive issue, not to ignore and I needed to call this hotline number. I thought was a scam and began online search. IRS documents state they communicate via postal mail. After doing a reverse phone white pages lookup, I searched YMax and found this site, read same complaint from yesterday with a different phone number that links to YMax and am reporting this as a concern. Have also reported to IRS at www.tigta.com.

Is there a way to stop bogus robocalls?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Ymax Cons: Allows phone scams, Use robo solicitation, Are trying to scam people.

Practical commentary - I loved the insight , Does someone know where my company could get access to a blank CBP 6059B form to work with ?

I had the same situation from a person who said they were from the IRS. I am quite upset that your company allows this type of scamming. Please note, this will be reported.
