There latest one is...It is your line quality...Some bull that you have to have a minimun of .8 on the upload. They have you go to speedtest.com and mine said .4.

However, when I did a speed test from another source from me on the east coast to Seattle on the west coast the upload was in access of 4.xx..What gives with that?? They seem to have an ecuse for everything and everybody.

MJ tech chat destroyed my MJ with all the tampering they had me do, then they promised me a replacement and bailed off chat. It took me a week to resolve this, while my phone worked for seconds, hit & miss. When it finally quit altogether, I hit them on chat and they forced me to pay $9.95 shipping for the replacement. I then waited 2 weeks....without a phone, and when the new one arrived it worked just as bad as the original. They never asked me for the old one, I even asked if they wanted it...they said no. I still have it, been thinking of taking a pic of it smashed with a hammer....would make a great campaign poster for "MagicJackVictims.com"

Reserve your frustration for yourself, because it looks like you corrupted the dongle yourself by reepatedly not removing it properly. I would not expect MJ to replace a user-corrupted dongle. FYI: "Even though USB devices are Plug & Play—that is, they're ready to go upon being plugged in—you shouldn't just unplug them. A USB port has current running through it, so the power jolt caused by unplugging a "hot" connection can corrupt data on a storage device, camera, or mp3 player."

MagicJack only worked for a very brief period, just long enough to prevent you from claiming on your 30-day refund. 90% of the time i simply can't hear the other side. I strongly recommend avoiding it if you magicjack is for important purposes.

There is no viable live support.
